Service Description

Course description: This course is designed in providing students with an overview of basic cardiovascular terminology, anatomy and physiology with a focus on the proper placement of electrocardiogram (EKG) leads and maintenance of equipment to obtain an accurate 12-Lead EKG as well as learning to recognize cardiac arrhythmias and the responsibilities of ECG\EKG technicians. Upon passing, students will receive a Certificate of Completion. Pre-Requisites: High School diploma or Equivalent Duration: 6 weeks (weekday class) & 8 weeks (weekend class) Fee: $630 (Including registration fee, books and other materials) Schedule: Time flexible- Morning, Evening & Weekend classes Registration: In-person
